I’m sorry that I’m a little off right now, but as I told you earlier I have my last exam on saturday. And I actually don’t work out so much right now because of that :( I know the exam isn’t an excuse, and I don’t use it as one either. I’m just taking a short break before I start working out hard again :) Actually, right after the exam I’ll go to the gym, and I’m actually all pumped up about it :D It just want it to be saturday now!

Everyone posts pics of girls with amazing abs, but when you look at their arms they’re like sticks.
I want a body that’s strong and beautiful everywhere, not just the abs…
I think I’ll be a little lazy until saturday.
Not because I want to, but because I have to. I have a big exam this saturday, and I have to pass it!! So this week will be all about stuDYING. Therefore I wont be working out so much until it’s over.
But guys, on saturday I’ll start on my new training schedule! :D The last six weeks I’ve basically been running, doing flexibility training and walking. Now I’ll add strength training (including flexibility and a little plyo) and more intense running (intervals eg). I’ll tell you more about it later :)
